They were realistic in their pricing and excepted with a small amount of email haggling a real value based on third party valuations. Car was spotless on pickup and all that I expected. Transfer of monies, documentation, free 6 month warranty and taxing of vehicle was done easily and quickly on pickup. Nice cup of coffee and 20 minutes later, handshake and away with vehicle. Love my new motor :-)
