We can arrange insurance repairs on any make of car or van. If you prefer to pay for repairs your self, Norris Bros Fiat Tamworth will arrange a discount rate for repairs so you can preserve your hard earned no claims bonus.

In the showroom Norris Bros Fiat Tamworth have a Sony Playstation and car racing game for the older children. For the younger kids a colouring book with fiat cars ready to crayon and writing desk to sit at should ensure your kids attention. If your kids need supervision, ask the sales team for help.
Free Collection & Delivery
If you live or work within 5 miles of Norris Bros Fiat Tamworth, we can arrange by appointment to collect, carry out the repairs to your car and deliver it back to you. (Please note we have a huge demand for this facility and you will need to pre-book this with 10 days notice.
Free Courtesy Cars
Subject to availability and provided you the customer arrange comprehensive insurance, you can arrange the loan of a courtesy car for the day. Please not you are responsible for any fuel and will be expected to return the car undamaged with the same amount of fuel in it as when you left.
Emergency Same Day Repairs
If your car arrives before 10am, Norris Bros Fiat Tamworth will endeavour to give you a diagnosis of the cause of the fault and if parts are available we will do our best to get back on the road the same day.
Loyalty Card
When you purchase a new or used car or van from Norris Bros Fiat Tamworth, you will automatically be sent by mail within 8 weeks of purchase a Norris Bros Fiat loyalty card. The loyalty card is embossed with your name and has a unique ID number which can be used to obtain a 10% discount of routine servicing and parts and accessories. We have computerised access to approved service schedules for Fiat, Alfa-Romeo, Peugeot and Citroen vehicles. All rates are heavily discounted and we want you to be the first to know that because we are a small family run business we can keep our overheads low, so naturally we charge you less on your bill. It is vital that you keep your car properly maintained and the service history stamped to maintain the car's value in a trade in, as well as keeping the warranty valid, and the ensure the car remains as reliable as the day you purchased it. If you require a credit limit for servicing we can arrange a credit facility for your via Clydesdale bank (subject to credit checks) ask the Norris Bros Fiat service team for further details when you visit.

Norris Bros Fiat are recommended by Brownhills Motorhomes Group, and MMM magazine as approved servicing, repairs and warranty dealers for Fiat motorhomes, in addition to which we can also service, MOT and repair Peugeot and Citroen motorhomes. Our facilities include Motorhome annual servicing: Fiat Warranty work, Fiat Factory Recalls, Used Motorhome Sales, Motorhome Specialised Valeting, Motorhome Diamondbrite paint protection treatment which when applied by our in-house valeters forms a permanent protective layer over the painted surface of your motorhome, it can also be applied to glass fibre or aluminium motorhomes. Tyres and Steering Alignment
Remember your 4 tyres are the only thing separating you from the road in wet or icy weather. So let us check the depth of tread and condition of your tyres before you go your next journey. We will offer a safe and environmentally friendly disposal for your old worn tyres and replace it with a choice of new tyre to suit your pocket, we will also fit new tyre valves, balance the wheel and tyre and if we think it needs doing give you the opportunity to find out why your tyre may have worn out pre-maturely by carrying out our optional extra steering alignment check.
We will also check the tyre pressures and tell you if you have any slow punctures, we can repair most types of tyre without the need to replace it.
